Does my coffee shop need a coffee shop app?
At BrewRound we believe it is now more important than ever to be competing against the larger coffee shop chains in all aspects of your business. It is likely that you are either on par or outperforming them in most aspects of your coffee shop. Your coffee, shop design, in-shop experience and food for example.
That is great!
But coffee shop chains have an ace up their sleeves… they can invest more into technology to make the customer experience seamless. However a customer wants to place an order, earn points, manage their preferences and everything else coffee-related, it can be done simply within their apps. Wherever and whenever the customer wants.
How are you, an independent coffee shop, supposed to compete with that?
Don’t worry, BrewRound is here for you. When you join our platform you gain access to everything you need for your coffee shop within our coffee shop app. You get all the features with no monthly cost commitment. We just take a small percentage from orders that come through the app.
How does the rewards system work?
BrewRound rewards provides you with a fully functioning, high performing loyalty scheme to keep your customers coming back for more.
Everytime an order is placed via the app the user will receive points. 100 points equals £1.00 in value.
When a user has enough points they can redeem these via the app. When an order is redeemed you are paid out the order value minus a 10% commission.
What does the commission look like on a typical order?
BrewRound takes a low charge of just 4% +20p on orders that come through the platform.
Does mobile ordering affect my processes?
Not really. You just need a smartphone. Download the app and wait to receive order notifications. You can keep the phone in your pocket, by the barista or next to your ePOS while you wait.
I already have a epos that does click & collect. Do I need BrewRound?
Yes! BrewRound works perfectly alongside any existing click and collect platform. It has been designed to need minimum interaction from you.
All this means you can start receiving orders from our network of members that you would have missed out on previously.
